Sampling and any refund or remedy terms depend on the confirmed apparel project. This page explains the process boundary used before a project-specific quotation and written confirmation are agreed.
Sample scope
Before sampling begins, the parties should confirm the style reference or technical pack, materials, construction details, size information, required tests, revision scope and delivery destination. Any sample fee or courier charge is identified in the relevant quotation or proforma invoice.
Approval before bulk production
Bulk production is scheduled only after the applicable sample, specifications and production details are confirmed in writing. Changes requested after confirmation may affect cost, timing, materials or feasibility and require a revised written confirmation.
Refunds and remedies
Eligibility for a sample-fee adjustment, replacement, credit, refund or other remedy is determined by the written terms agreed for the individual project and the documented circumstances. No return or disposal of goods should be arranged without written authorization and shipping instructions.
Quality concerns
If you identify a concern, contact us promptly with the order reference, photographs, quantity affected and a clear description. We will review the project documentation, approved sample and applicable inspection or shipping records before confirming the next step.
