An eight-step route that makes the next decision visible from first brief to shipment coordination. The timing and detailed scope are confirmed for each project.

Requirement alignment
Confirm the product category, intended use, quantity, target market, delivery objective and available reference materials.

Tech-pack review
Review construction, measurements, artwork, labels, packing requirements and any questions that need resolution before sampling.

Fabric selection
Assess suitable material and trim options against the brief, care requirements, available colour references and project budget.

Sample making
Prepare the agreed sample route so fit, construction, material and branding details can be reviewed.

Sample confirmation
Record approval comments and align the production-ready specification before bulk materials and scheduling are committed.

Bulk production
Plan cutting, sewing, finishing and packing against the approved specification and agreed production checkpoints.

Quality control
Review garments and packing against the approved requirements; agree the AQL scope or buyer-appointed inspection where relevant.

Shipment coordination
Confirm packing allocation, export documentation inputs, shipment terms and handover information for the agreed destination.
This is a planning framework, not a fixed lead-time promise. Material availability, approvals, quantity and destination requirements all affect the final schedule.
Start with the information you already have
A tech pack is useful, but not essential. Send a reference image, a product outline or your procurement target to begin the alignment conversation.
